Is Party Girl eVites Free?
Unfortunately, we do have to charge for our eVite service. Please understand that many of the images cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars for a limited number of uses. Therefore, we have to charge for our eVite service. With any of our memberships, however, you will have free access to all of our followup cards for your customers and team. We will be adding new eVites and ePostcards every month.

Some of our interactive greetings use an enhanced animation called Flash. To view these greetings, you will need to have a Flash plug-in. Please make sure you have a current version of 8.0 or higher.
You can download the Adobe Flash Player for FREE by clicking here. After installation is complete, please go to the link provided in your original email. The greeting will automatically play from this point. Some other ecards used java applet. You might need java plug-in as well. Click here to download Java software. How do I view/delete a eVite I have sent or scheduled to be sent?
Simply click on the "Invitation" tab at the top of the page. This will show your history of eVites that you have sent. Find the one you wish to delete and click on the RED 'X' at the far right of the page.
How do I send an eVite?
Step-By-Step Instructions For Sending eVites:
1) Create an account by selecting “JOIN NOW” at the upper right hand corner of the home page. 2) Upgrade your account to the membership level you desire. 3) Once you have chosen & made the payment for your membership, you can now send evites from our website. 4) Select “invitation” at the top navigation bar. 5) Choose one of the following categories: a. Spa, Skin Care & Makeover eVites (1 Credit = 1 eVite) b. Customer Followup ePostcards (FREE With Any Level Membership) c. Director/Team Followup ePostcards (FREE With Any Level Membership) 6) Choose one of the following sub-categories: a. Skin Care eVites b. Spa eVites c. Themed eVites d. Makeover eVites 7) Choose Your eVite. 8) We have included a generic message with each eVites. You can change this message however you want, or you may keep the standard message “as is”…however, you will want to change the details of your spa/party. To do so, simply click on the “click here to change the message above” button. 9) CHANGE MESSAGE FONT: To change the standard font in the message, scroll to the top of the eVite. The first button is your font button. Simply mouse-over each font to see what the font looks like. To change it, click on the font you wish to utilize. 10) CHANGE MESSAGE FONT SIZE: To change the standard font size, simply click on the “FONT SIZE” button. Scroll down to the size you wish and click on it. 11) CHANGE MESSAGE FONT COLOR: You may also change the font color by selecting the “FONT COLOR” button. 12) CHANGE MESSAGE LINE HEIGHT: If you want more space between each of the lines, you may change the line height here. 13) ADD MUSIC: Coming Soon! 14) Once you are happy with your eVite, select the button “Continue Next Step”. On the next page, you will add all of the particulars for your eVite. 15) EVENT NAME: You MUST complete this box. This is where you can put the hostesses name and date of her party (i.e. Susie Smith’s Chocolate Lover’s Spa July 20, 2009). 16) SENDER NAME: The sender name is your name. If you wish to change the name of whom the eVite is coming from, you will need to change the name under “My Account” tab at top navigation bar. This option will be changing in the next couple weeks where you can change it on the screen. 17) SENDER E-MAIL: The sender e-mail is your e-mail. If you wish to change the e-mail of whom the eVite is coming from, you will need to change the name under “My Account” tab at top navigation bar. This option will be changing in the next couple weeks where you can change it on the screen. 18) # OF RECIPIENTS: Input the number of guests that you will be sending eVites to. You can send up to the total number of credits left in your account (i.e. if you have 24 credits in your account, you can send it to 24 people). 19) RECIPIENT NAME/E-MAIL: You can either input each name and e-mail address here, or simply go to your “Address Book” at the top navigation bar. If you choose to set it up through your address book, set up a new Group. Name the group so that you can identify it easily for your followup ePostcards (i.e. Susie Smith guest list July 2009). Then, when setting up the eVite, simply choose the correct Group on the far right column. It will automatically insert each guest’s name and e-mail address. 20) OPTIONAL ITEMS: AUTOSAVE INFORMATION: If you wish for the guest’s names and e-mail addresses to be automatically added to your address book, make sure this box is selected. SEND ME A COPY OF THIS CARD: If you wish to receive a copy of this eVite (you will NOT be charged a credit), click this box. ANNOUNCEMENT CARD: If you wish to use the RSVP feature, do NOT check this box. 21) SHOW MAP AND EMAIL REMINDER SERVICE: MAP TO GUEST: You have the option of including a link to the map of the location of your upcoming party. You will need the street address, city and zipcode information. E-MAIL REMINDER SERVICE: Should you choose this option, our system will send out a reminder e-mail to the guests at the time you schedule it. You must include the date of the event and then choose when you would like to have the reminder sent. 22) DELIVERY DATE: You can send your e-mail out immediately, or you may set it to send out at a later date (up to 90 days out). 23) SEND NOW or PREVIEW CARD: If you are ready to send your card, select “Send Now”. If you would like to take one last look before sending it, simply select “Preview Card”. You will be able to send from that Preview page.
